National Performance Measures
Fifteen National Performance Measures (NPMs) across five population health domains were established for the Title V MCH Services Block Grant program. The chart for a National Performance Measure (NPM) displays the national baseline data, the State baseline data,
and the objectives that the State determined for the measure. National and state data are also available by various demographic stratifiers.
. Indicator data are populated, as available, for the current five-year needs assessment reporting cycle (2021-2025).
Based on the identified priority needs, the State selected the following NPMs for programmatic focus during the five-year reporting cycle.
Data for all NPMs by state including standard errors, 95% confidence intervals, and numerators and denominators are available on
the
Federally Available Data (FAD) Resource Document Page.
