List of State Performance Measures

States may choose to develop as many State Performance Measures (SPMs) they need to address the priorities they have identified based on the findings of their Five-year Needs Assessments. These measures address priority needs that have not been addressed through the selected National Performance Measures (NPMs).

SPMs can be searched by state, reporting domain, and/or search query. Listed are the total number and names of individual states. It also shows the SPM numbers, the title of SPMs and related detail sheets for each measure developed by the State. The list can be viewed by the active, inactive, or all SPMs that the state has developed.
