List of State Outcome Measures

States may choose to develop one or more State Outcome Measures (SOMs). SOMs track data that reflect maternal and child health (MCH) population health status, and they are sentinel health markers for MCH populations in that State. Only the States that created an SOM are searchable in this report.

SOMs can be searched by state, population domain, and/or search query. Listed are the total number and names of individual states. It also shows the SOM numbers, the title of SOMs and related detail sheets for each measure developed by the State. The list can be viewed by the active, inactive, or all SOMs that the state has developed.
